DPS
Story
At DPS, skin cancer is our "bread and butter" — quite literally. We diagnose it, treat it, remove it, and see the impact of it every single day. And while it keeps us busy (and pays the bills), we’d genuinely love nothing more than for melanoma to become something we rarely see.
So instead of standing under bright theatre lights, we’re lacing up our runners and taking part in Melanoma March to raise funds for research, prevention, and awareness.
We see firsthand how early detection saves lives — and how devastating melanoma can be when it’s missed. That’s why this cause hits close to home for our team.
We’re walking to support:
🧴 Better sun safety education
🔬 Ongoing melanoma research
❤️ Patients and families affected by skin cancer
If we can help reduce the number of melanomas we treat in the future, we’ll happily work a little harder to replace them with…well, anything else.
Thank you for supporting our team, this cause, and a future where skin cancer isn’t quite so good for business.
